2014 Santa Fe. Received a letter about recall on car. Called, and were told you would get back to us. Never heard. Went to showroom, was greeted by a gentleman who couldn't have been more helpful. He set up an appointment to get car in and the appointment went well. I believe he was the office manager but he took the time to make us feel that your company cares about us even if we weren't there to spend money on a new car. Thank you, John Cairns
