We had an appointment scheduled but arrived about an hour early but we didn't have to wait. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and listened to what were interested in and he didn't waste our time trying to sell us anything we didn't want. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. We had a great experience and came home with exactly what we wanted for the price we were looking to pay.
